Moodypidge Focus Planner Notepad
Not everything is a priority. Some things can wait. But when you have so many ideas you want to work on, how do you decide which to put first?
I always ask myself these questions- Where do I want to be? What do I want to be known for? What do I have to do to get closer to achieving these goals? And it's usually the start I need. The planner helps me sort out the rest.
This colourful 50 page A4 planner has been a godsend for my ADHD- and it keeps my 'tism happy because of the organisation too. It's rare that I can keep the two conflicting neurotypes happy so it's a win-win for me personally! You can use this to plan your main goal, its deadline, and decide what tasks need to be the priority to meet the end date. You can also make a list for any tasks that would be nice to achieve but shouldn't take over the main task list. And finally, a little "brain dump" section for miscellaneous notes you want to jot down for later.
Personally I use this to plan my week; although I've occasionally used it to plan a whole month too, which is why it has four task options in each section- like a main weekly goal. But there are all sorts of used for it, such as maybe a presentation or project or something. I'd love to see how people use them! And I hope it helps others as much as it's helped me.
